Tour Description:
Palo Verde National Park and Guaitil Pottery tour. This tour starts off on a covered riverboat which will take you through the river in the national park. Palo Verde is a birdwatcher's paradise as it is home to the highest concentration of migratory birds in Central America. You will also have a great chance at viewing crocodiles, monkeys, and other wildlife. After the riverboat ride, we will eat lunch and then visit the village of Guaitil to learn about the Chorotega Indians and pottery that they make using Pre-Columbian techniques which have been handed down for many generations. This 7 hour tour includes transportation, guide, lunch, and drinks.What To Bring:
