Tour Description:
The Arenal Volcano Natural History and Nature tour is a great way to learn about the volcano and observe wildlife. The tour starts in the afternoon at the El Silencio Trail, where you will go on an easy hike through the rainforest at the base of the volcano. With a little luck, your bilingual naturalist guide will point out various species of wildlife such as monkeys, toucans, parrots and others. The trail ends at a mirador with excellent views to the volcano. This fun filled half day excursion includes guide, transportation, and entrance to the private reserve.
