RESERVATION AND PAYMENT POLICIES
Full refunds must be requested at least 48 hours before receiving the service.
There will be no refunds if you do not request it in time, reservations must be done by email and must pay 50% of the service’s cost.
Other 50% must be paid one day before the event. If credit is required, a contract between the two businesses must be done.
You will not be refunded if you do not attend the activity, unless there’s a valid reason.
Cancellations for ¨important or serious¨ reasons will result in a full refund of your money.
Maximum wait time before starting an activity is 10 minutes.
We are not responsible for rates charged by other businesses that are not shown on our web site.
