Day 1

Welcome to Costa Rica! Upon arrival to San Jose International Airport (contact us for details if arriving at other airport), you will receive a VIP Airport Greeting by a Pacific Trade Winds representative. Transportation will be provided to the Arenal Volcano area which is not only one of the most beautiful destinations in Central America, but also the Adventure Capital.

During your visit to the Arenal Volcano area, you will stay at Arenal Springs Resort. Arenal Springs Resort is an eco-resort with thermal hot springs surrounded by tropical gardens located in the shadow of the imposing Arenal Volcano in the resort area outside of La Fortuna. Hotel amenities include thermal hot springs, swimming pools, restaurant, bar, internet access, spa, yoga platform and conference room.

While at Arenal Springs Resort and Spa you will enjoy a Junior Suite. Junior Suites feature air-conditioning, cable TV, ceiling fan, mini bar stocked with complimentary beverages for two people, telephone, in-room safe, hair dryer, and a terrace area with a view of Arenal Volcano.

Day 2

The Arenal Volcano Natural History and Nature tour is a great way to learn about the volcano and observe wildlife. The tour starts in the afternoon at a groomed trail, where you will go on an easy hike through the rainforest at the base of the volcano. With a little luck, your bilingual naturalist guide will point out various species of wildlife such as monkeys, toucans, parrots and others. The trail ends at a mirador with excellent views to the volcano. This fun filled evening excursion includes guide, transportation, and entrance to the private reserve.

Following the hike you will be brought back to Arenal Springs Resort where you will enjoy unlimited use of the thermal hot springs which are surrounded by tropical gardens.

Day 3

The Canopy Zipline is a MUST DO for anybody adventurous that visits Costa Rica! This thrilling high speed, high flying course offers 8 zips as you soar between 14 platforms at the base of Arenal Volcano and then top it off with a Tarzan Swing! This fun filled half day adventure includes transportation and guide.

Day 4

Transportation will be provided to the Manuel Antonio area which is home to some of the most beautiful white sand, palm studded beaches in Costa Rica and an abundance of wildlife in the national park.

During your visit to Manuel Antonio, you will stay at The Falls Resort. The Falls Resort is a boutique style Manuel Antonio hotel surrounded by tropical gardens located along the hillside resort area. The hotel is well known for excellent customer service and the wildlife that passes through. Hotel amenities include swimming pool, restaurant, bar, internet, and tropical gardens.

While at The Falls Resort you will enjoy a Standard Room. Standard Rooms feature air conditioning, cable TV with DVD, mini bar, and ceiling fan, and a furnished patio with garden view.

Day 5

Manuel Antonio National Park is the smallest park in Costa Rica, but one of the largest in terms of biodiversity. The park is loaded with wildlife such as sloths, monkeys, toucans and parrots. With a little luck and cooperation from Mother Nature, your bilingual naturalist guide will lead the way pointing out a plethora of wildlife, flora and fauna. The park is also home to one of the most beautiful tropical beaches in Costa Rica, which you will have access to for the day if you choose to go back after the tour. This fun filled safari includes transportation, bilingual guide, and fruits.

Day 6

Beach day at Manuel Antonio. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the tropical sun on the palm studded beaches of the Pacific coast.

Day 7

Final Day — All good things must come to an end, though memories last a lifetime. Transportation will be provided back to San Jose International Airport scheduled to arrive three hours prior to your departure flight.
