Day 1 Welcome to Costa Rica! Upon arrival to San Jose International Airport (contact us for details if arriving at other airport), you will receive a VIP Airport Greeting by a Pacific Trade Winds representative. Transportation will be provided to the Jaco-Hermosa area which is a mini surf city with palm studded beaches, shops, restaurants and plenty of night life. During your visit to Jaco, you will stay at Blue Palms Hotel. The Blue Palms Hotel is a budget oriented hotel located at Playa Jaco. Amenities include AC, pool, Wifi, dining area, laundry, and ample parking. While at Blue Palms Hotel you will enjoy a Double Room. Double Rooms feature air-conditioning, orthopedic mattresses, cable TV, telephone, wireless connection, mini refrigerator, and in-room safe. |
Day 2 Surfs up dude! So you have always wanted to surf right? Well today is your chance to hang 10 and walk on water. A board will be provided and your professional instructor will show you the ropes as you learn how to surf in the warm tropical waters of Jaco. This fun filled half day adventure includes transportation, guide, and board. |
Day 3 The Canopy Zipline is a MUST DO for anybody adventurous that visits Costa Rica! This thrilling high speed, high flying course offers 14 zips with a total distance of 3.5 kilometers as you soar through the air from platform to platform via wheel and harness for a bird’s eye view of the rainforest. This fun filled half day adventure includes transportation and guide. |
Day 4 Surf day at Playa Jaco. Surfs up and stress is down. Today you will have a day on your own to hang 10 and walk on water. |
Day 5 Whitewater rafting is a thrilling adventure and Costa Rica is home to some of the best rivers and guides in the world! The day starts off with a brief safety lesson and you are then on your way as your guide navigates you through class II, III and IV rapids on the Rio Savegre. This is a great river for first timers and those that want the thrills of rafting without going overboard, yes the pun was intended. This fun filled full day adventure includes transportation, guides, safety kayaker, lunch and equipment. |
Day 6 Beach day at Playa Jaco. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the tropical sun on the palm studded beaches of the Pacific coast. |
Day 7 Final Day — All good things must come to an end, though memories last a lifetime. Transportation will be provided back to San Jose International Airport scheduled to arrive three hours prior to your departure flight. ¡Pura Vida! |
