Day 1 Welcome to Costa Rica! Upon arrival to Liberia International Airport (contact us for details if arriving at other airport), you will receive a VIP Airport Greeting by a Pacific Trade Winds representative. Transportation will be provided to Mal Pais which is home to some of the most beautiful palm studded beaches in Costa Rica which are excellent for surfing. During your visit to Mal Pais, you will stay at Pranamar Oceanfront Villas and Yoga Retreat. Pranamar Oceanfront Villas and Yoga Retreat is an amazing villa style hotel located on the beach of Santa Teresa. The elegantly designed villas were built with Costa Rican hardwoods, bamboo and plenty of windows and doors, inviting guests to enjoy nature and ocean views in an intimate setting. Hotel amenities include restaurant, swimming pool, yoga studio, massage center and gift shop. While at Pranamar Oceanfront Villas and Yoga Retreat you will enjoy a Garden Bungalow Room. Day 2 The Tortuga Island Boat Ride and Snorkeling adventure is an amazing experience! The tour starts with a scenic cruise along the Gulf of Nicoya for a 50 minute voyage to Tortuga Island. Dolphins, manta rays or humpback whales are just a few examples of the marine life frequently viewed along the way to the island. Upon arriving to the tropical paradise of Tortuga Island you will anchor for your first snorkeling session. This area is surrounded by volcanic rocks, crystal waters and vibrant tropical coral reefs which is home some of the best snorkeling on Costa Rica’s Central Pacific coast. After snorkeling, you will continue to the white sand beach of Tortuga Island. Kayak rentals and additional snorkeling available. This fun filled full day excursion includes transportation, guide, snorkeling equipment, drinks, and meal. |
Day 3 The Canopy Zipline is a MUST DO for anybody adventurous that visits Costa Rica! This thrilling high speed, high flying course offers 9 zips as you soar through the air from platform to platform via wheel and harness for a bird’s eye view of the rainforest. To top it all off you will be able to swim beneath the Montezuma Waterfall along the way! This fun filled half day adventure includes transportation and guide. |
Day 4 Transportation will be provided to Tamarindo which is home to beautiful palm studded beaches which are within walking distance to shops, restaurants and night life. During your visit to Tamarindo, you will stay at Cala Luna Boutique Hotel and Villas. Hotel Cala Luna is a boutique style hotel and villas located in Playa Langosta, Tamarindo. Hotel amenities include concierge, laundry service, internet access, restaurants, room service, safety deposit box, swimming pool, and spa. While at Cala Luna Boutique Hotel and Villas you will enjoy a Deluxe Room. Day 5 Surf Lesson. A professional instructor will show you the ropes as you learn how to surf in the warm tropical waters of Tamarindo. This fun filled half day adventure includes transportation, guide, and board. |
Day 6 Costa Rica is well known for awesome trails and roads that could be compared to tracks, so why not go with the flow on a high speed four wheel adventure! This thrilling offroad adventure will take you through the back roads and trails of the forest, farmlands and whatever else is in the way. This fun filled adventure includes transportation, guide, trail entrances, and meal. |
Day 7 Beach day at Playa Tamarindo. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the tropical sun on the palm studded beaches of the Pacific coast. |
Day 8 Final Day — All good things must come to an end, though memories last a lifetime. Transportation will be provided back to Liberia International Airport scheduled to arrive three hours prior to your departure flight. ¡Pura Vida! |
