Day 1 Welcome to Costa Rica! Upon arrival to San Jose International Airport (contact us for details if arriving at other airport), you will receive a VIP Airport Greeting by a Pacific Trade Winds representative. Transportation will be provided to Monteverde which is located in the cloud forests of the continental divide. During your visit to Monteverde, you will stay at El Establo Mountain Hotel. El Establo Mountain Hotel is the largest eco-resort and spa in the Monteverde region and located near the Monteverde Cloud Forest Reserve. Hotel amenities include 2 indoor heated swimming pools, restaurant, bar, gym, conference center, spa, tennis courts, basketball court, soccer field, and internet. While at El Establo Mountain Hotel you will enjoy a Deluxe Room. Day 2 The Canopy Zipline is a MUST DO for anybody adventurous that visits Costa Rica. This thrilling high speed, high flying course offers 16 zips up to 600 meters and 80 meters high as you soar through the air from platform to platform via wheel and harness for a birds eye view of the rainforest. To top it all off, you can also do a rappel and Tarzan swing. This fun filled half day adventure includes transportation and guides. |
Day 3 ATV Off road Adventure - Double .Costa Rica is well known for awesome trails and roads that could be compared to tracks, so why not go with the flow on a high speed four wheel adventure. This thrilling off road adventure will take you through the back roads and trails of the forest, farmlands and whatever else is in the way. This fun filled adventure includes transportation, guide, trail entrances. |
Day 4 Transportation will be provided to the Manuel Antonio area which is home to some of the most beautiful white sand, palm studded beaches in Costa Rica and an abundance of wildlife in the national park. During your visit to Manuel Antonio, you will stay at Pacific Souss Hotel. The Pacific Souss Hotel is a luxury boutique style hotel located along the hillside resort area within moderate walking distance to the beautiful Biesanz Beach. Hotel amenities include swimming pool, restaurant, bar, internet, and tropical gardens. While at Pacific Souss Hotel you will enjoy a Superior Room. Superior rooms feature air conditioning, rain shower, terrace or balcony,hair dryer, maid service twice daily, satellite plasma TV, espresso coffee, special turn down amenities and wireless Internet. Day 5 The Coastal Kayaking and Snorkel Adventure is a great way to observe tropical islands, marine life and the beautiful Pacific coastline! After paddling along and taking in the scenery we will stop to snorkel above rock or coral formations and observe the wondrous marine life below. Species that are frequently spotted on this trip include whales, dolphins, sea turtles and various tropical fish species making this a highlight for many! This fun filled half day excursion includes transportation, bilingual guide, and meal. |
Day 6 Whitewater rafting is a thrilling adventure and Costa Rica is home to some of the best rivers and guides in the world! The day starts off with a brief safety lesson and you are then on your way as your guide navigates you through class II, III and IV rapids on the Rio Savegre. This is a great river for first timers and those that want the thrills of rafting without going overboard, yes the pun was intended. This fun filled full day adventure includes transportation, guides, safety kayaker, lunch and equipment. |
Day 7 Beach day at Manuel Antonio. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the tropical sun on the palm studded beaches of the Pacific coast. |
Day 8 Final Day — All good things must come to an end, though memories last a lifetime. Transportation will be provided back to San Jose International Airport scheduled to arrive three hours prior to your departure flight. ¡Pura Vida! |
