Day 1![]() Welcome to Costa Rica! Upon arrival to San Jose International Airport (contact us for details if arriving at other airport), you will receive a VIP Airport Greeting by a Pacific Trade Winds representative. Transportation will be provided to the Manuel Antonio area which is home to some of the most beautiful white sand, palm studded beaches in Costa Rica and an abundance of wildlife in the national park. During your visit to Manuel Antonio, you will stay at Si Como No Resort. Si Como No Resort is a boutique style Manuel Antonio eco-resort located along the hillside resort area. Hotel amenities include swimming pool, jacuzzi, restaurant, bar, internet, movie theater, nature trails, spa, and tropical gardens. While at Si Como No Resort you will enjoy a Jungle-view Room. Jungle-view Rooms feature air conditioning, wet bar, stocked mini-bar, ceiling fans, telephone and in-room safe. |
Day 2![]() Manuel Antonio National Park guided tour. Though this is the smallest national park in Costa Rica, Manuel Antonio is one of the largest in terms on biodiversity. The park is home to 3 species of monkeys, 2 types of sloths and many other endangered species. With a little luck and cooperation from Mother Nature, your bilingual naturalist guide will point out wildlife such as these and others. Park is closed on Mondays. This half day 3.5 hour tour includes transportation, bilingual guide, and fruits. |

Day 4![]() Transportation will be provided to the Arenal Volcano area which is not only one of the most beautiful destinations in Central America, but also the Adventure Capital. During your visit to Arenal Volcano, you will stay at The Springs Resort. The Springs Resort and Spa is a 5 star resort located near La Fortuna in the Arenal Volcano region. Hotel amenities include thermal hot spring swimming pools, internet access, restaurant, bar, tropical gardens, spa, and animal rescue center. While at The Springs Resort you will enjoy a Vista Guest Room. Day 6![]() Whitewater rafting on the Rio Balsa. Professional bilingual guides will help navigate you through class II and III rapids on this thrilling adventure. The Rio Balsa is a great river for first timers and those that want the thrills of rafting without going overboard - yes the pun was intended. Please inform us if you weigh over 200 pounds as restrictions may apply. No experience necessary on this half day adventure which includes transportation, safety kayaker, guides, lunch and equipment. |
Day 7![]() Transportation will be provided to Tamarindo which is home to beautiful palm studded beaches which are within walking distance to shops, restaurants and night life. During your visit to Tamarindo, you will stay at Hotel Capitan Suizo. Hotel Capitan Suizo is a beach front boutique hotel specializing in personalized service and conveniently located on Playa Tamarindo. Hotel amenities include swimming pool, restaurant, bar, spa, tropical gardens, and internet. While at Hotel Capitan Suizo you will enjoy a Standard Room. Day 8![]() Coastal kayaking and snorkeling tour. This is a guided tour on open top kayaks that takes us along the scenic Tamarindo coastline. After an hour or so, we will stop to snorkel in an a location known for abundant tropical fish and the occasional sea turtle. This 3 hour tour includes transportation and guide. |
Day 9![]() Beach day at Playa Tamarindo. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the tropical sun on the palm studded beaches of the Pacific coast. |
Day 10![]() Transportation will be provided to Escazu. During your visit to Escazu, you will stay at Hotel Beacon Escazu. Hotel Beacon Escazu is a luxurious boutique style hotel located in Escazu. Hotel amenities include restaurant, bar, swimming pool, spa, fitness center, concierge service, and internet. While at Hotel Beacon Escazu you will enjoy a Deluxe Room. Day 11![]() Final Day — All good things must come to an end, though memories last a lifetime. Transportation will be provided back to San Jose International Airport scheduled to arrive three hours prior to your departure flight. ¡Pura Vida! |
