Hotel was changing to new management when we were there. This was very much needed. Maids, cooks, and 1 male staff were very good. Owner male(old manager) very questionable. Rooms need updating, need lights in bathroom to see in mirror, no hot water heaters (only cisterns), no electrical outlets in bathroom, no AC. Security needs improving, windows that didn't lock, doors with minimal locks, no safes, no fence around property. We rented the patio area for a high price ($200) and did not receive the amenities promised (lights didn't work, broken and old dishes and glasses furnished, we had to set up). No potable or bottled water available at hotel. No restaurant nearby nor any recommendations on how to get to restaurant in town.
