Great place to start our trip. Beautiful grounds, nice pool, and excellent food and staff. Nubia, Esther, and Victor really went overboard, even coming to find us when there were animals someplace to see.

Some of the staff knew us by name and made a point to see we were well served. We asked for an ocean view. We could hear the ocean but the foliage and trees blocked actually seeing the ocean

Unfortunately, the beach below high tide waterline is a little rocky. Apparently, a storm a few years ago took a lot of the sand for which the "Sugar Beach" was named. However, it's a lovely, secluded, relaxing place. We loved it.

Everything about his was great. We liked the privacy and small size of the property. The rooms were great. The staff was exceptional--I can't remember everyone's names, but Sven, the operations manager went out of his way to help us. The dining staff was wonderful--Alfonso, Victor, Eric, Ale and everyone!
The wildlife was wonderful--iguanas, birds, etc. The swimming pool was lovely. The sandy beach was great. I would highly recommend this
