A vert decent airport hotel. Dining area staff a bit overwhelmed when we ate.

Breakfast was excellent. We had 5 in our party, so had to have two separate hotel rooms. Would have been nice to have a room that could accommodate 5.

Food and Service were good. This is hard to rate since we arrived late and left early. We did enjoy the buffet breakfast!! Thank you! Perfect Arrival!!

AFter the other 2 fabulous hotels, this was just very American and not Costa Rican in decor, etc. It was fine for the evening. Just sad we had to leave your country.

Snacks in store WAY WAY overpriced, restaurant service SLOW and pricey, need more vegan options on menus, we paid for breakfast but because of our early flight didn't get any and muffins and fruit no good if you can't have gluten

close to airport- we had a 6 am flight, make sure you reserve your space on the shuttle ahead of time, also breakfast was included and we were told to order it ahead of time and they would have it at the desk for us in the morning- we were leaving at 4:30- when we arrived in the lobby the front desk had one guy and he was really busy, we didn't see any food in to go boxes sitting out, so we had to leave since the shuttle was ready. We didn't get our to go breakfast that was included in our room :(

My only complaint would be there isn't anything to eat there after 10 pm. We got it from our flight and had hoped to eat but everything was closed but the rest in the hotel was good.
