This hotel is a little run down. The sliding glass door didn't lock very well as it needs maintenance, and probably could have been opened easily anyway with a little "jimmie". We encountered several surprises at this hotel.The front desk people seemed somewhat rude, and definitely not forthcoming with information that would have been very helpful to know upfront. Unlike most hotels that are all inclusive- food & cocktails are not always available to you. Nothing in the mini-fridge. Breakfast was tolerable. Lunch was at the pool (at least for us), and it was awful! We could only get dinner at the buffet, as no one informed us that we needed to make reservations for dinner at the restaurant. It was only big enough to handle a small percentage of the guests. We were too late for day 1. They were closed the next day (closed 3 days a week WTH) & next 2 days they were booked. The next day we left. All drinks at the bars were "bar brand" only. Didn't feel that the majority of the wait staff felt the need to cater to you - even for a refill. Getting service at the bars & buffet was not always easy. Other than that, we still managed to enjoy our time thanks to our shuttle over to Cocoa Beach for shopping & "finger poking" & our 4 hour Catamaran Cruise with fabulous food, drinks & snorkeling, and our pool time lounging.
