Everything was pretty good. A few minor problems with the first room with the blkinds and the back door not locking. The staff fixed the problems within a reasonable amount of time.

Exceeded expectations. Wish we had time to try the inviting pool! The front desk staff was very kind to provide a bagged breakfast-to-go for our early checkout even though the kitchen wasn't yet open.

This hotel was more dated than I expected and again, pretty uncomfortable beds. Nice pool and ok food. Location to the airport was good. I would stay at the Adventure Inn over the Country Inn and Suites if we were doing it again just because their food was so much better.

They serve the best Mushroom Risotto. Kind enough to leave breakfast snack as we left before breakfast served.

Nice hotel

Lovely staff who helped us with breakfast and made sure we had enough veggie options
The room we got smelled very dank and humid, in spite of turning on the a/c. The other room in our party was better.
Also, there were no curtains, just a white screen - and so we woke up at 5 am itself when the room became really bright. We had a late night, so we were hoping to wake up late, so this wasn't convenient.

The hotel served its purpose. We made it to airport on time. There was a lot of walking to our room, and we had to lift our suitcases up a flight of steps. We did not see an elevator.

Excellent hotel with lots of space for the three of us, and separate beds for each of us. WiFi was perfect; our grandson loved the big computer in the lobby. Very good breakfast. Pleasant staff in restaurant and on desk, Stunning gardens and swimming pool. Dragging our suitcases up the stairs to the room was the only downside.

We had to ask to change rooms because ours smelled so bad and it was so noisy. But the front desk staff was very helpful and changed our room without any issues. The hotel itself was just ok. Not much to walk to around there and do and the bar wasn’t even open at the hotel. We had been staying at really nice places for our whole trip so we were a little disappointed at the below average level of this hotel. But we still enjoyed ourselves.

The worst part of the trip. We checked in and got a super tiny room facing the freeway. The hotel looked like it was abandoned, no cars and the entry to the rooms was dark and kinda scary. We asked for a different room and they switched us, the room was better but the phone didn't work so my husband walked all the way back to the front to ask for stuff, and the front desk said none of the phones were working on that side of the building. Also, this hotel is listed as having laundry services, but they didn't at all. ?. Breakfast was ok. Tables were dirty, and it was like noone cared. The place looks ok in the morning but definitely scary and empty at night. I would hope to never stay here again.

Very nice hotel with a super friendly and helpful staff. When we asked that the patio furniture be wiped down from residual dust, a staff member was at our room promptly to do so. We were given a very nice room.

Like a college dorm room. 3rd floor room with no elevator. After arriving at 1130...hotel was empty but rooms were not ready till 3pm. We had to get up at 3am and carry our luggage down 3 flights of stairs....not as expected

VERY small rooms, staff was very accommodating - but we had to get another room with a King size bed so all of us would be able to sleep comfortably. No elevators, which is difficult with my arthritis. Nce breakfast buffet.

Everything was fine since we were only staying one night, but if I wouldn't want to stay here longer. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. The hotel itself is laid out a little strangely. We needed 2 rooms and were put in 2 different buildings. There wasn't an elevator so we had to haul our luggage up 3 flights. The room wasn't down a hallway it was basically in the stairwell. The bed and pillow weren't that comfortable and the air conditioner was very noisy.

Please do not send other clients to this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the hotel is extremely noisy. It is very worn and dated, no hot water, bad smell covered up by worse smelling room deodorant. Horrible place.

Hotel was just a basic hotel near the airport. The wait was very long for our room, even though the hotel was barely occupied. The woman behind the counter would not give us a different room however, she insisted that check-in wasn't until 4:00 so if we had to wait in the lobby for a long time, so be it. After over an hour, a nice man came to work the counter with her and immediately gave us the room keys and comped us two drinks to make up for the inconvenience. Restaurant staff was very nice however.

Our rooms were located in a building that felt more like staff quarters or a dormitory, than a hotel. The rooms were dingy and our two young teenage sons were put in a room on a completely separate floor from us. It was not what we were expecting at all. Given we were leaving early the next day and tired from a day of travel, it wasn't worth the effort to try to get new rooms.

The bathroom was really small with the design of the counter causing the toilet seat cover to press against your back when using the toilet. Strange design and uncomfortable. It was a clean, small, room but after we had stayed in such nice hotels the entire trip this hotel did not really compare but I think chose a cheaper hotel at the end of the trip so we could stay a few more days?? It was fine.

We arrived at the airport after midnight, then left the next morning after breakfast. The breakfast was great. Carrying luggage up and down flights was the only inconvenience. It would've been nice if they had other ramps, like they did at the front entrance, so we could roll our luggage or maybe some elevators for 2nd or 3rd floors.

we unfortunately had lots of little bugs on our bed comforter when we first arrived because a window had been left open, that we had to make sure were not bedbugs. the bedding was promptly changed and we were offered to change rooms but we had already unpacked. the overall experience rating is more reflective of the area and not the hotel but met our expectations as a quick layover airport hotel.Breakfast is really good, its too bad the pool water is freezing, staff super friendly

A bit outdated and the area has a lot of traffic. The coffee machine was dirty on the inside so I couldn't use it. What I liked was that the suite had 2 separate rooms which was nice and the staff was very nice.

Nice hotel. Bed and rooms were very nice. They upgraded us for the anniversary which was a nice treat. Restaurant was okay, food was pretty limited but it was fine for 1 night. Breakfast was good.

This hotel was a bit too basic for my taste - staff was very friendly and food was better than expected but not in a great area so we couldn't walk around and the hotel was dated - if I do this again I will spend a bit more and stay in an area where we can walk around, get a little of the feel of the city - this was totally on me though I should have thought more about this.

We were in a room that was on a noisy hallway. We didn't know that it would be that way until we tried to go to sleep. The breakfast was average. The hotel was clean, and it was an ok stop the for getting to the airport the next morning.

Had to wait 3 hours to get into our room. Although room was "ready" it obviously had not been vacuumed in living area. Ate at hotel for dinner - 2 steak meals were so tough as to be inedible. Would have preferred room on ground floor as taking luggage down stairs was a pain in the morning!

This was a usual 'near the airport' hotel. The restaurant was rather overpriced. However, the desk staff was extremely helpful.
