it was great but in answering the questions as asked it is difficult to mark higher. we were also told we would have A/C that we didn't get which negatively impacted our comfort!

This hotel was a far distance to any location. It limited the amount of things available yo do. The grounds around the hotel were lovely and wonderful to explore, but felt isolated and made it difficult to go to different restaurants to eat. Hotels rooms have a stale smell, perhaps because they were closed up. People were friendly and very helpful.

Loved the location , staff were so friendly and helpful especially the young guide who took us out on our first morning. Would definitely return . Wildlife amazing . Evening meal good. Views over the lake and surrounding area stupendous
