Needs some. Tender loving care

There was no staff. Their business office was closed for the entire 3 days. Our phone and internet did not work at all for the entire stay. Fortunately, the condo was very nice.

The staff is basically non-existent - one person in a realty office who knew very little, couldn't help with internet or places to eat or anything, just handed us the key. She tried to sell us a mangrove boat tour for 3 times the cost of one we found across the street. The unit we stayed in was a bit shabby although when we left, the rest of the family moved into a nicer unit. The pool was nice, location was good (although the shops closed really early - surprising for a beach town and disappointing for my nieces). Howler monkeys in the trees behind the hotel.

Would not recommend this location for mature travelers. The view from the room was great but that was it. Upon our arrival we had to have maintenance fix our door lock for security reasons. The condo was dated and needs updating. For a younger group of travelers these maybe minor issues.

Absolute beautiful condo. Needed assistance a couple of times but no one was available. They are closed after 5pm and closed on Sundays for assistance. Elevator did not work so going up three flights of stairs was not easy. Aside from that, the condo was beautiful, spacious and very clean. No complains there!

The condo was not as clean as expected and it would have been nice to have a couple of decent beach chairs, umbrella, etc. linens were not great...it was okay but for the cost, expected more -location was good though. We would have preferred the tamarindo diria hotel on at the beach.
