The town and beaches of Tamarindo are just minutes away from the hotel. The beaches here are gorgeous and perfect for swimming, boogie boarding, surfing, or beachcombing. In the Tamarindo, you will find grocery stores, boutique shops, surf shops, souvenir stands, and a wide array of restaurants.
Popular activities in the area include surf lessons at Tamarindo Beach or surfing the big waves of nearby Playa Grande. For a romantic excursion, we would recommend checking out the Lazy Lizard Catamaran Cruise and Snorkeling tour. Adventurers can go on a thrilling canopy zipline or ATV adventure. Nature lovers can go on a safari boat cruise at Palo Verde National Park. These are just a few of the many options available to visitors of Tamarindo.
While the Tamarindo Dreams Hotel is limited in terms of general hotel amenities, it is close to a handful of great restaurants. It is also close to several spas where you can pamper yourself. My personal favorite is a beach massage. While there are no set locations, several locals offer massages right on the beach!
The Tamarindo Dreams Hotel and Villas offers a total of ten Two-Bedroom and Three-Bedroom Villas. The villas are surrounded by well-manicured tropical gardens and each has a private swimming pool with a terrace and outdoor shower. All of the villas are spacious and offer a fully equipped kitchen with appliances (refrigerator, cook top stove and oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and cooking utensils). Each also has a living room and dining room as well as a laundry room equipped with washer and dryer. The villas have a cable equipped flat screen TV in the living room, a safe deposit box, provided towels, and quality bedding. Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms and living room.
The villas have either two or three bedrooms depending on which you choose. The Two-Bedroom Villas can accommodate up to six people, with one King size bed in the Master Bedroom and two Queen size beds in the second bedroom. These villas have two bathrooms. The Three-Bedroom Villas have three bathrooms and can accommodate up to eight people. The Master Bedroom has a King size bed, there are two Queen size beds in the second bedroom, and the third bedroom offers two single beds.
