Reservation was made for a different time than we arrived so we really didn't get the full time in hot springs. We had to do hot springs first before lunch and so we had to go to lunch wet. We still had a great time and the lunch was great. The reservation was just messed up.

Our driver, Minor, and our guide, Celine were excellent. Both of them spoke English very well. The hike to the base of the volcano and through the rain forest were quite strenuous, but absolutely breath taking. I expected a better range of temperatures at Tabacon. The gardens and grounds were beautiful. The lunch was presentation was excellent, food was fair.

Very helpful guide, delicious lunch and incredible hot springs. This is a must.

Guide was great, including the walk. Hot springs had few locations closed for private parties and some hot spring pools needed to be kept up with cleaning.

The guided hike was nice--nothing amazing, but nice. We liked the guide. The hot springs were nice, too, though the timing was a bit clunky... we showed up around 11am, already pretty hungry. Lunch didn't open until noon. So we got in our bathing suits, but then had to change back for lunch because they don't allow swim wear in the restaurant. Not a big deal, but the whole logistics of the hot springs were a bit weird/not super customer-focused. Still, it's a beautiful property.
