Cancellation Policy
*Cancellations received 60 days prior to arrival date will have a penalty of $150 for administrative expenses.
*Cancellations received 59-45 days prior to arrival will be charged 25% of the total amount of the reservation (i.e. the full deposit made to confirm the reservation).
*Cancellations received 44-30 days prior to arrival will be charged 50% of the total amount of the reservation (i.e. the remaining 50% will be returned).
*Cancellations received 29 days or less will be penalized with 100% of the total amount of the reservation, a change of dates could be negotiable.
*Cancellations received between December 21-January 4 and Easter, will be penalized with 100% unless we can sell the spaces that were offered to you.
Our cancellation policy is STRICT. La Paloma Lodge is an 11 room hotel and we usually have to turn down client reservations. Therefore, we strongly urge you to recommend that your clients purchase vacation insurance to cover interruptions during the trip or total cancellation of the trip.
