Elegant Tanager Villa

Located in the Manuel Antonio Estates community between Quepos and Manuel Antonio, Villa Tanager is a comfortably-equipped private vacation rental in a convenient location. The up to 7-bedroom villa with 8 bathrooms can accommodate up 16 guests and is perfect for your family getaway or special event with friends. Manuel Antonio Estates is a gated community just outside of Quepos, at the entrance road to the Manuel Antonio area. Manuel Antonio National Park and the beach are a short drive away.  From the community, you can walk to town or the Quepos Marina. For a more natural hike, you can hike to the Manuel Antonio Estates Waterfall. If you just want to unwind, the Raindrop Spa is located within the property, offering a variety of relaxing and rejuvenating massages and treatments.

Tanager Villa's main house is equipped with a large living room and a dining and kitchen section that connects to a deck and ocean-view swimming pool. The second floor has 3 bedrooms, 1 of which has rainforest views and 2 have ocean views. There is a separate 2-bedroom suite below the main house that has a kitchenette, small living room, and balcony. The 4th and 5th bedrooms are located here.

For groups with up to 10 people, the 5 bedrooms mentioned above will be quoted. For groups of larger size, up to 16 guests, there is an option to add 2 additional bedrooms. The 6th and 7th bedrooms would be located in the Anexo building, across from the main building. This space has a kitchenette, small ocean view living space, and a couch that children could sleep on.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned. The main villa is equipped with a telephone, WiFi, cable TV, and many kitchen amenities. Please check the amenities list for more details.

House Rules: Quiet time from 10pm - 8am, no loud parties or events, no smoking inside, must be respectful to others, lost keys or towels will be charged to you.
