I began my career in tourism just as it was emerging as a profession in Costa Rica, my first job was as a cocktail waitress at a beach hotel. After a few years, I transitioned into event and wedding planning, gaining valuable experience in tourism and customer service. This led to numerous opportunities across the country, further enhancing my skills and knowledge. After spending 16 years away from my hometown, I returned eight years ago to work with Pacific Trade Winds. At PTW, I have utilized my past experience and acquired new knowledge to meet the diverse expectations and needs of our clients. What I love most about this company is its "Client Satisfaction Guarantee" philosophy.
