Nice hotel but a bit tired though, we loved the pool area. One of the restaurant staff was terribly slow and unhelpful but everyone else was great. Location was ok

The outside was beautiful! Could use lower places to hang clothes and more hangers. More places to hang towels. Service was great!

This hotel had the best, most organized check in that I've ever been part of. I was expecting a complicated and confusing check in for our part of 14, but the paper work was laid out and waiting for us by room. The whole process only took a few minutes! Rooms selected, keys handed out, and all our rooms were together!! Made it very easy to coordinate events with all the family. Amazing service!

Exceeded expectations. My son and I loved the many pool and hot tub options. The location was great -- we caught one sight of the Arenal peak during cloudy weather, and the rides to our excursions were close. Staff was friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was really impressive with a lot of variety. We'd stay here again and recommend to other families.

The hotel was OK, pretty much like any other big hotel anywhere. But the balcony faced nothing but jungle. It was spectacular! We sat and watched many different kinds of birds for hours.

Our front desk staff was very helpful in arranging taxis and an added day trip. the hot tubs at the hotel could have been warmer but that is very minor compared to the rest of our stay there.

I'd suggest adding a dehumidifier in the bathroom. We had that in our second hotel and it worked wonders for drying out wet clothing. But, we LOVED the rain showerhead - so much that we were looking to buy one when we got home!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and appreciated the proximity to town. Hotel staff handled some large groups very efficiently, while we never felt crowded out by groups, especially at breakfast. Although a bit pricey, dinner in the hotel restaurant was delicious and service was attentive.

The A/C did not work all the time, it used to work for sometime and did not other times; People were occasionally smoking in the pool and lawn area, it used to smell of smoke in my room if we open the balcony door; There was no free coffee in the afternoon (US hotels usually have free coffee).

The hotel was comfortable and had clean. The food on site had vegetarian options which was good. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
