With the hot weather and a lack of air-conditioning, sleep was very difficult for us northerners. The restaurant staff was not flexible enough to allow any small change to the entree, even when I offered to pay extra. Two large beetles on the floor

Very picturesque setting and appreciated the pool alot. Great wildlife viewing. However, the heat was overwhelming and we had lots of bug bites in the morning. If had to do over, would book a tour and lunch here but stay somewhere else.

Best place for us. Recommend include some of Baru's own tours in 3-day stays. Better value in these than in anything else we tried i CR.
