The room was smaller than we expected. The two beds in the room took up too much space

Breakfast ok but bar food not very good. Staff a little inattentive when at the bar during the day. Hotel grounds were beautiful with so many birds.

High humidity made things a bit less comfortable here. Also, some creature used our patio area to eat something each night meaning that each morning we found a pile of seeds/debris in a corner by our door. Also, we had a problem with our TV each night that required someone from the staff to get it to turn on. Minor, but an annoyance.

We would not recommend going to Dominical

These were the most comfortable bed during the whole trip! The pool was great, the grounds fun. A really nice place to relax. The food was okay here as well. Great breakfast and gun with the billiard table! Great rooms!!! Loved the toucans, iguanas... We took the opportunity to go to Corcovado, well worth it from here, as the waves at the beach are crazy! :)

On this second visit, we upgraded from the Standard Room to an air conditioned Superior Room for $18 and it made all the difference in the world. The Superior rooms were larger, more up-to-date, and so much more comfortable than the Standard Rooms. Our advice is spend the extra money for the Superior Room - it's still a great value and is definitely worth every penny of the upgrade.

Bed was very hard and rooms very cramped. Staff was very friendly. Loved the pool and grounds. The hotel was too far from the town and area so we rented a car and enjoyed exploring.

The staff was courteous and accommodating. I didn't like the location of the first room, so they provided us with a different room. The pool is beautiful, and very refreshing. I would call this hotel the best place to stay in Dominical.
