We had very inconsistent service and experience here. We stayed in three different rooms. El Cafitel was beautiful and comfortable. La Ventana had uncomfortable floors, was dark and had a tiny bathroom with no shower or jacuzzi. The Master Suite although beautiful had a spiral staircase that terrified me and lack of curtains meant you were up with the birds. Restaurant staff slow and not service oriented except for Stephanie who was amazing. Food took way too long and sometimes very good and sometimes inedible. Grounds were lovely and swimming pool was beautiful. Showers provided by pool, but there was a flood in the women's change room. Towels only brought at about 1 p.m which is late.
