The hotel does not have an air conditioned waiting area. We reached before noon and could not check in and were asked to wait in 100 degree plus temps with no air conditioning and no place to put our stuff. I would recommend that you only transfer people to this hotel right on time. The hotel seemed a bit run down and the service was spotty. The desk staff were slow and very responsive (requested an extra towel which never arrived and we ended up walking over to pick it up) but restaurant staff was very good.
