Great location

Night shift staff was friendly and approachable. Upon check in staff, needs to improve their professionalism, promptness and initiative. No assistance and very shallow. Had to ask about everything.

No hot water at in our bathroom unfortunately . But we enjoyed experiencing San Jose - very exotic.
