Our very short stay her was very comfortable, and the view of the city was exceptional. We don't quite know what happened that our transportation was arranged to arrive at 3:00 a.m. and our flight was not until 6:30 a.m. We arrived at the airport before the desks were open, and we surely could have used an extra hour of sleep before our long flight home!
The hotel was confortable and clean. The food was good and the waiter Dario was very kind to us.
Was excellent! They actually remembered NOT to give us a room facing the funeral home - which was great.
Was not to impressed by the lack of Vegetarian food options at the restaurant.
This hotel was very well staffed and breakfast was very good.
Air condition was very noisy.
As mentioned earlier, we would have preferred to stay somewhere less hygienic but more social and fun.
We arrived late and decided to have dinner in the restaurant. Our male server was quite rude and not attentive at all. We should have just ordered room service. Everything else was great!
This was just an overnight stay. We had some issues getting boarding passes for the airplane which the person at the desk said he could get for us. But they did store our medicine ice packs for us, which was very kind.
Nice hotel, exactly what we expected. Friendly and clean.
We could have stayed in a more touristy part of town or near the airport. There was nothing around the hotel.
Can't believe we arrived her on the day of the Festival De La Luz! So cool!
It is relatively boring and in a boring part of San Jose. I think we would have preferred to stay in a place like 1492 or in that part of town. We have found that we prefer the lower star places to the high star relatively sterile places on this trip. That is just our preferences though.
Really comfortable and clean. Loved the modern style and design of the room. Couldn't have asked for a better hotel to end the trip.
The hotel was nice, although a bit hard on the mattress side.
This hotel was clean and comfortable. My only thing is, it's far from the central market.
we didn't like SJ but it was necessary
Hotel couldn’t accommodate 5 person family with small kids in one room.
Same as first stay
Hotel is nice. It is a little removed so eating at the hotel is the best option. Hotel restaurant was ok.
This is exactly what you would expect from a corporate hotel
Adrian at the front desk was particularly helpful. They did look a little understaffed at breakfast one morning but it wasnt an issue for us.
Perfect place to spend the night before we flew out. The staff gave us a sack breakfast which was much appreciated.
Good for a layover like we had.
The Hotel was pretty nice. The staff didn't speak much English. They were not overly helpful.
they told us that they upgraded our room to a suite, but it was extremely noisy
Modern hotel. Staff very helpful. Location a little bit far from town center.
would have liked to stay closer to the airport on the final night of our stay, made it difficult to determine what time we needed to check out to go to the airport due to traffic issues
Long walk through a rough area of the city to get to center and museums. Market zone was interesting.
was within walking distance to the "marketplace" hotel shuttle/transportation was not available, not much in the way of a concierge at the hotel, breakfast was okay
Staff was wonderful but the hotel was dated and looked mostly for business travelers.
We only slept here for a few hours but it was a great hotel. The room was clean and the staff was friendly.
Just what we expected as a fairly characterless city centre hotel. Absolutely fine for what we wanted - spending a day in central San Jose.
Great hotel. Not too many places to eat nearby. rbg at hotel is a good place to eat though. Nice breakfast. Easy to get taxi to go into San Jose.
