Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very good and they changed it up daily so it was a little different each day. They had the best gallo pinto!

Found all foodservice/restaurants closed upon our arrival at approximately 20:45. No nearby restaurants were open so we had no options for dinner other than delivery/Uber Eats.

Overall, fine and comfortable with fine food and staff. Door lock on room needed new batteries. Bathroom wall had hair on it. The hot-tub was freezing.

Because it was a larger hotel and we were there only one night, we had less interaction with the staff, They were fine. It was really nice to have such comfortable sleep before our flights home!

The place was acceptable. The receptionist did not provide suggestions on where to go for New Year's Eve which was a little disappointing.

In general it was clean. Somewhat old furniture, Breakfast was good. Reception helpful. Arriving late in the evening with a Hungary family and not restaurants in the vicinity was a small disturbance to our comfort.

We were given a beautiful room (upgrade) overlooking the city. In the night the bathroom door was very noisy when closed as well as the air conditioner when it started. Should have told them, but didn't get a chance. They provided us with a bag of food since we left before breakfast. Another time we would rather be downtown in a better area. I was told it was about a couple of kilometers away.

Our very short stay her was very comfortable, and the view of the city was exceptional. We don't quite know what happened that our transportation was arranged to arrive at 3:00 a.m. and our flight was not until 6:30 a.m. We arrived at the airport before the desks were open, and we surely could have used an extra hour of sleep before our long flight home!

We arrived late and decided to have dinner in the restaurant. Our male server was quite rude and not attentive at all. We should have just ordered room service. Everything else was great!

This was just an overnight stay. We had some issues getting boarding passes for the airplane which the person at the desk said he could get for us. But they did store our medicine ice packs for us, which was very kind.

It is relatively boring and in a boring part of San Jose. I think we would have preferred to stay in a place like 1492 or in that part of town. We have found that we prefer the lower star places to the high star relatively sterile places on this trip. That is just our preferences though.

Great hotel. Not too many places to eat nearby. rbg at hotel is a good place to eat though. Nice breakfast. Easy to get taxi to go into San Jose.
