We were the only guests the first night, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Beautiful grounds

The room we stayed in was nice. One night when we were eating dinner, we saw a rat crawl down the wall into the area where they cook breakfast. We were sitting on a couch waiting for our car another day and there was a piece of rat poop on the couch. The hotel is far from anything around and there are not a lot of restaurant options near by. The hotel restraurant was fine. Pool was nice but all of the lounge chairs had rips in them. Staff was friendly.

We were there at a very quiet time, so we had plenty of attention from the staff. They were all very kind.
