Cancellation Policies:
For One Day trips and transfers, cancellations made 12 hours in advance receive a 100% refund, less than 12 hours receive no refund.
For Overnight Rafting and Tortuguero Expeditions, cancellations made 48 hours receive 100% refund, less than 48 hours receive no refund.
- All trips run with a minimum of 2 passengers.
- Rafting Trips and Tortuguero Expeditions include transport to and from San José, Arenal and the Southern Caribbean with the option to change destinations.
- If passengers are changing destinations Exploradores Outdoors will at least provide and charge the corresponding transportation.
