The time of entry to the hotel is 1:00 PM and the departure is at 11:00 AM. After eleven, there will be a charge of US $ 20 per hour until 3 PM. If you leave after 3:00 PM, the full night will be charged. Pets of any kind are not allowed except help dogs for the blind.
Cancellation and Refund Policies
Cancellations and early departures impact us mostly; therefore, we have a number of minimum days that are used to calculate refunds if any. We often can not re-fill the room after its cancellation. This results in losses and that is why we hope you understand us in this. It will be refunded:
- 90% if you cancel the reservation up to 35 days before the date of your arrival
- 40% if you cancel the reservation up to 25 days before the date of your arrival
- 15% if you cancel the reservation up to 15 days before the date of your arrival
- THERE ARE NO RETURNS of your deposit if you cancel with 14 or less days before your arrival date. During the Peak Season (December 20-January 6 and during Holy Week, the return requires a notice 90 days before the date of arrival.
Cancellations will be effective from the moment in which notification is received in writing, via Fax or E-mail to our Reservation Department. If you apply a refund of money, it will be done in accordance with our policies. For this, the periods indicated above will determine the possible amount to be reimbursed.
The application must include the name of the passenger, the number of people in the group of both adults and children, the original arrival and departure dates, the type of bungalow and the confirmation number of the reservation.
In all cases Mar y Selva Ecolodge will not make refunds for late cancellations, or if they do not come to the hotel on the date of their reservation or they miss portions of unused packages.
