Transportation, which is included, will be available to pick you up from your lodging in Manuel Antonio. You’ll arrive at the tour office where you will meet the fully licensed and insured, bilingual crew. After signing in, you will be helped into a harness and life jacket to ensure your safety. Your guide will explain the maneuvers that will get you up and flying. They will also answer any questions you may have. For an extra thrill you can ask the boat captain to give you a dunk before coming down. At the beautiful beach, you’ll take just a footstep or two then slowly rise up into the air.
From above you will be able to look down upon an incredible view of the beautiful white sand shoreline, sparkling ocean and majestic mountains. You’ll be soaring up to 600 feet high for approximately 15 minutes. The boat will carry you along as you gaze around at all the activities that may be going on below you: people on the beach, boats coming and going, kites flying, birds gliding by. Looking down you’ll see the dazzling Pacific Ocean with its clear multicolored depths of blue, green and turquoise waters. From your vantage point you will be able to capture the moment from the sky with a waterproof camera or you can take advantage of the optional photo package which can be purchased.
Coming down is just as easy, descending effortlessly towards the water. Your feet will touch first, the water tickling your toes, before you gently glide into the ocean. If you cannot swim, don’t worry because your life jacket will help keep you safely afloat. A nearby jet ski will be waiting to pick you up and you will be assisted aboard by a crew member before returning on the short jet ski ride back to the beach. The crew will then help you out of your safety harness and celebrate your adventure with you. Transportation will be provided to take you back to your lodging. Sun block and sunglasses are highly recommended.
