Last part of the tour was rained out due to thunderstorms but they were extremely accommodating about getting us to our hotel to make our connection to San Jose.

Our guide Dio on the Hanging Bridges part of the combo was fantastic. He shared a lot of information about the plants/animals we saw, but also helped us document our trip by taking fabulous pictures and videos of the sloths and hummingbirds, and even us along the way!
The ziplines were fun, but felt very impersonal and just moving us through (compared to everything else we did). But then, I'm not much of a thrill seeker!

This was a mixed bag. We were very excited to do the hanging bridges but found it totally boring. The guide was really not good. The ziplining was really, really fun. However, the staff working the lines were not very good at explaining to people what was happening. We were two adults and two children. The adults didn't want to do the Superman, but the staff kept trying to force us to do it. What they didn't explain very well was that the kids couldn't do it because they don't weigh enough, and if the adults don't do it, then the kids need to do that zipline in tandem with an adult sitting side by side. The staff at the beginning and at the actual Superman zipline just pushed us through quickly without explaining it well. When we got to the Superman zipline, a father and son were ahead of us. The father was told to go ahead on the Superman by himself, and then his son was left alone and couldn't go on the line himself. The staff tried to get my husband to pair up with the boy, but then there wouldn't be anyone to go with one of my kids. We finally worked it out, but it was not handled well by the staff.

Had a great time but for the zip lining they should make people aware that it is pretty strenuous climb to some of the lines and they should provide water along the way.
