There is plenty to enjoy when you are at the hotel. The impressive pool and hot springs area offer a two hot spring fed pools, four hot springs fed Jacuzzis, a freshwater pool, and two hot spring fed Jacuzzis with waterfalls. This entire area is surrounded by tropical gardens and offers views to the massive Arenal Volcano. Guests can also enjoy a wet bar in the main pool.
The Loto Spa is one of the best spas in Costa Rica. Indulge in world-class treatments such as massages, facials, and hand and foot treatments. There are several treatment rooms with beautiful decor. The Spa also offers thermal water Jacuzzis to wash the day away.

This hotel was amazing! Highly recommend. The staff was personable and friendly. They made for a great experience. The spa was incredible. We would for sure stay here again.

We loved staying at the Royal Corin. Our accommodations were roomy, clean, and comfortable. The staff was very attentive and welcoming, especially David and Javier. The staff collectively made us feel like VIPs and took personal interest in my health when I caught a 24-hr bug. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained, and the thermal spring-fed pools and hot tubs were really great. The restaurants were excellent both for breakfast and dinner. Volcano views were fantastic from our room. We'd stay there again! The lone negative comment would be that the rooms were not very well insulated from traffic noise from the adjacent road.

Among the best we've ever stayed at. Amazing Volcano views, perfect, personal indulgent staff, a world class chef, beautiful hot springs pools with swim-up bars and great food, terrific room and bed, toucans in the trees, great cocktails and even sculptures of towels and flowers greeted us from the maids staff. Unbeatable.

This is a beautifully designed hotel and the ambiance is just great. I really liked all the staff- they were graceful, caring and engaged with all the guests. I had a little mishap on one of the hikes and had a sprained ankle and the staff specifcally, Rudolfo, the manager and Danny and Andres went out of the way to help me be comfortable. We felt at home- the food at the restaurant had good variety and the poolside cabanas were relaxing. This is also a definite recommendation

After tipping the staff throughout the stay, they added tipping to an extra bill. Not enough to do on the grounds. Loved the lizards.

We felt this 4 star resort should have been a 5 star. We were impressed that so many staff members called us by first name. My only wish was this be an all inclusive also.

We hoped to have a view of the volcano and/or pool, however, we were on the second floor and the plants were so tall, we had no view. The volcano was on the far, far right and the pool was blocked, but we heard all the noise. Originally given the fourth floor, and that would of been wonderful, except it was a single king size bed and I requested two queens, as the vacation was with my adult son. Second floor had no view. Sad. The staff was great, great, Great!!

We didn't love the food at the hotel and felt it was a little pricey for food we didn't love. The hotel also told us we would get 10 off a snack or something but come to fine out you had to actually be in the restaurant to use it. I wasn't told this, so we didn't get to use it. Everything else was great very beautiful and relaxing.
