Whitewater rafting is a thrilling adventure and Costa Rica is home to some of the best rivers and guides in the world! The day starts off with a brief safety lesson and you are then on your way as your guide navigates you through class III and IV rapids on the Rio Pacuare. This is a great river for experienced rafters or those in good physical condition. This fun filled full day adventure includes transportation, guides, safety kayaker, lunch and equipment. NOTE: This rafting adventure may be diverted to an alternate river, or cancelled, if river conditions become unsafe.

The scenery was even more beautiful on the departure. The guides prepare an excellent lunch and the logistics on completion are excellent. The whole Pacuare Lodge operation is superlative and faultless!

Excellent guides and well organized logistics. The breakfast stop is superb and the rafting experience is fun although a little sedate for experienced rafters. A wonderful transit option through such splendid scenery.
