The room should have better lighting, robes and sleepers for guest. The weather unfortunately did not cooperate for us to enjoy the total experience.

the hotel is gorgeous but the food is INCREDIBLY expensive and VERY far from town. There are very limited options for vegetarians or vegans, would not recommend to those people.

Welcome greeting was great. Room was great. Bigger and better than expected. There was a roach in the room once during our stay. The hotel was quiet. Food and drink was expensive. Amazing views.

There was no where close by to eat, so we had many meals at the hotel. The food was not great. Other than the dining, the room was excellent and clean. Hot springs were down for a day but we were able to visit the sister hotel and use their hot springs.
