This is one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. Not overly luxurious with amenities, but clean, spacious rooms, very friendly staff, great food and a swim up bar in the pool we loved.

Rooms were a little tight for a family of 4, but grounds were amazing, friendly staff and beautiful pool.

Incredibly thin walls made it impossible to sleep. Great breakfast, dinner was decent.

Very nice, clean and up-to-date hotel resort. We really enjoyed it and enjoyed our stay. The food and drinks were very good. Would recommend anyone to stay there.

One of the nicest places we have ever stayed.

Hotel was very clean and we had an excellent view of the Volcano. Staff was friendly and helpful and the pool areas were all very nice. Our only complaint was that the food was not very good and it was difficult to get into La Fortuna to explore other food options. However, we really enjoyed the pools and the constant Volcano view.
