Hotel and staff was fantastic.
Beautiful scenerey from our hotel of the volcano. Used the pool, hot springs, restaurant and spa. All excellent. Few ants in the room, and they started construction or some noise in adjacent room at 8 am . That was only down side. The front desk recommended ecological nature preserve which were not happy with $21 to see frogs and snakes in cages.
Nice hotel, good service and food.
We really loved the breakfast here, great mix of Costa Rican and Western food. All the food was good here.
Of all the hotels we stayed at this was the favorite.
We were treated like royalty. Beautiful place!
Extremely friendly and helpful hotel staff. The Hot Spring pools were lovely (although a bit run down. ) The view out the hotel room window was gorgeous, although the volcano was hidden behind clouds the entire time which was pretty disappointing. Of course there's nothing that could have been done about this except that we might have been made aware that there was a slim chance that we would actually see the Arenal volcano at the time of our visit Because of the seasonal weather. The breakfast at this hotel was wonderful each day.
Amazing views and absolutely wonderful hotel staff The bartenders were not as friendly but made great drinks and the view of volcanoes almost made you forget about the subpar service.
Beautiful grounds and friendly, helpful staff. Our cabin was a little on the 'sterile' side but very clean and spacious.
Food was too expensive, but the hotel was absolutely lovely. Great pools, great service.
This was a 20 out of 10. Awesome place, great staff, very relaxing. The spa was amazing. Only drawback is that you can't really walk to any local establishments from this location. I will go back here.
The atmosphere was lush, quiet and beautiful. I would definitely stay there again.
Bed comfort and room service communication.
Awesome. Love the towel and blanket animals so much.
I would recommend the Arenal Manoa Hotel and Spa to everyone. Loved the setting. The staff were wonderful exceeding all expectations
This was a great hotel. The rooms were really nice. We had a great view of the volcano out the sliding door. The restaurant was good and breakfast was good. Swim up bar at the hot spring was a nice bonus.
The hotel grounds were nice and also had great views
Some people might not like walking from rooms to the restaurant and pools, but you can request a van if you want. I enjoyed walking the grounds because they were so nice.
This is one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. Not overly luxurious with amenities, but clean, spacious rooms, very friendly staff, great food and a swim up bar in the pool we loved.
Rooms were a little tight for a family of 4, but grounds were amazing, friendly staff and beautiful pool.
Incredibly thin walls made it impossible to sleep. Great breakfast, dinner was decent.
Very nice, clean and up-to-date hotel resort. We really enjoyed it and enjoyed our stay. The food and drinks were very good. Would recommend anyone to stay there.
One of the nicest places we have ever stayed.
Hotel was very clean and we had an excellent view of the Volcano. Staff was friendly and helpful and the pool areas were all very nice. Our only complaint was that the food was not very good and it was difficult to get into La Fortuna to explore other food options. However, we really enjoyed the pools and the constant Volcano view.
