Beautiful resort. Clean, comfortable and safe. Food and drink were expensive. Breakfast had a great selection but I didn't think the food quality was where it needed to be in a resort such as this.

Loved it- great location, very nice grounds. Only downfall was the lunches and supper not included so a bit pricey but overall very great hotel.

Beautiful hotel, gorgeous view of Arenal volcano, breakfast array was amazing. Other meals we had at the restaurant were great as well!

Really nice hotel. Though after staying in a vibrant all-inclusive this property felt quiet. However, we soon got used to it due to the friendliness of the staff.

EXCELLENT! Only wished that they could provide golf carts to ferry guest up the hill. Night shift staff needs to be more friendly and approachable. The day time front desk ladies were knowledgeable and friendly. The housekeeping kept our room clean and left us with cute towel art, EVERYDAY. Pool side staff, very friendly. Need to change their glasses.

excellent staff! amazing breakfasts and the mineral springs and hotel grounds made this place so special. the happy hour food and drinks made an affordable option for our family as well. I was disappointed not to see the volcano so I guess I will have to come back!

The staff was very accommodating when we asked to switch rooms because we were next to a very loud construction project which would have been ok if we were only there for 1 day. Our second room was in a very quiet location which we loved

Excellent hotel but here is a lot to walk from the reception to the rooms and restaurants. The hotel does offer buggy service but it was not made clear at the start. The room was with veranda & good location to spend time watching birds while it's raining.

Beautiful scenerey from our hotel of the volcano. Used the pool, hot springs, restaurant and spa. All excellent. Few ants in the room, and they started construction or some noise in adjacent room at 8 am . That was only down side. The front desk recommended ecological nature preserve which were not happy with $21 to see frogs and snakes in cages.

This is one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. Not overly luxurious with amenities, but clean, spacious rooms, very friendly staff, great food and a swim up bar in the pool we loved.

Hotel was very clean and we had an excellent view of the Volcano. Staff was friendly and helpful and the pool areas were all very nice. Our only complaint was that the food was not very good and it was difficult to get into La Fortuna to explore other food options. However, we really enjoyed the pools and the constant Volcano view.
