Paradise here. For travelers that will visit a hot Springs as part of a tour activity, you do not need a hotel with hot springs on site. This place had THE most beautiful grounds and some of the best food on the tour. The breaksfasts here were also the best of the entire vacation (or tied) with by far the most variety. Just heaven here.

Hotel great although jacuzzi on 2nd nite was only warm with cool water sometimes coming out of jet ports, & couldn't get jets up to good pressure, just light flow. Got too late/tired to find some help and would have asked for help next day if planned to use again. But left too early next morning to ask about, otherwise probably would haved solved since staff always very helpful.

This is a nice little hotel. The staff was friendly and the grounds were immaculate. The restaurant has good Italian food at reasonable prices. Breakfast was a Costa Rican style buffet. We stayed in a Junior Suite which was above the other rooms. There are great views to the volcano when the clouds disperse. The room was large with a small kitchen type of area with a small refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom had a jacuzzi.

Our view was AMAZING! The staff was great as well as helpful. The rooms were super clean and one of my favorites. The restaurant was nice as well. Great breakfast and I have already recommended it to my friends.

Loved the hotel, it's setting and staff really helpful. Ate in the restaurant every night, booked some additional trips and loved the wildlife in the grounds. Used the pool and hot tub . Both very good . The only downside and it was minor us it was difficult to go on foot outside the hotel due to lack of pavements / busy road so you couldn't walk to other restaurants for example but this was a very minor issue and again would return here

Great hotel for those on somewhat of a budget. Clean and comfortable rooms with AC and firm beds. The pool was lovely and the staff were extremely helpful. A bit far from town ($10 cab), so didn't venture out much. We stayed in one of the back cabins, so very quiet but up a bit of a hill, which was fine for us but would be tricky with kids or anyone with injuries. The restaurant was basic but good. Overall would recommend.

This was an amazing place to stay. We loved everything from the food to the staff. We felt at home but pampered here! Excellent!

The grounds of the inn are beautiful and the staff is very friendly. However in our room the overhead fan was quite noisy and a light on the air conditioner kept flashing.
