The pullout beds were a disappointment, but they did put a regular queen on one of them in our 2 rooms. The cold hot tub and men's room at the restaurant with no paper at all were the biggest disappointments.

front desk staff were not friendly, seemed like we were bothering them when we checked in or went in to ask questions. The groundkeeper however was awesome - he showed us a sloth. Beautiful grounds!
