Hotel was amazing and the staff were great. Food and beverages were pretty expensive though.

This place is absolutely over the top. The staff are incredible at giving you an over the top experience. I didn’t want to leave!

We were upgraded to a family suite, which was wonderful. This was the nicest hotel we’ve ever visited. Staff was very helpful. Beautiful property. We will definitely return in the future!

This hotel was perfect for our family of 3. Our 18 year old son loved the pool (as we did). Perfect place to stay - ONLY issue was that the road to the hotel is a bit of a challenge

We had a wonderful time at the resort. The accommodations were comfortable for a family of four. The breakfast buffet was great but it was not included with our room rate. The hot springs were perfect - even in the rain. We also liked the fact that the hotel doesn't have that many rooms so the pools and restaurants don't feel crowded. I understand they are building another wing so this may change. They have a fantastic game room for the kids. The gym and spa were also nice.
