We were in the less expensive room which had a few imperfections such as the sliding windows which were unhinged. We walked a lot from the Hy Paradise, to Playa Beizan (spelled?) and walked back from Manuel Antonio park. Narrow road in places but we both like the joy of occasionally getting off the tour bus and seeing real (non tourist) people . The staff was VERY good. The small bathing pool was wonderful at days' end. The receptionist was wonderful, and the cleaning lady very friendly and hard working. We would definitely stay there again. Close enough to walk to Emilos and other restaurants.
