The view is amazing! Cozy and private. Restaurant was beautiful, food was good. The bat cave bar was dank and musty and there is an unused bar at the restaurant, they should open up the bar with the view and close the bat bar unless they can properly staff it.

We LOVED this place! The hotel is so cool, the staff was amazing, friendly, and FUN. The view was incredible, the was a lot of wildlife to enjoy, and it was within walking distance to two beaches. Fantastic.

We had a fantastic room on the third floor with a beautiful view! The staff was super nice, many did not speak good English, but we learned some Spanish along the way. It would be good to prepare people to have handy a translator app or book to help make their experience more enjoyable.

Our room had little or no ambiance for a Presidential Suite. It was comfortable but dated. And the constant power interruption, though not a big deal, was irritating with the increasing frequency of interruption and A/C cutoff.

Very nice hotel, but staff did not pay attention to details. Room did not have a refrigerator. Was an extra charge. Private beach was not really private and was a long walk to get to beach. Food was good, but not much of a selection as Arenal Manoa. Enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was nice but small details like the lawn in front of our room for sure needed to be mowed. The room had no fridge had to order one plus drinks to put in it had to be bought from them.
