La Fortuna Downtown Vacation Rental Home is located in a residential neighborhood just 300 meters south and 500 meters west of La Fortuna Park in San Carlos. It's conveniently situated, only a short 5-30 minute drive from all of the area's major attractions. This ideally located property is just three blocks from downtown La Fortuna, putting restaurants, bars, grocery stores, gift shops, and numerous other vacation amenities within easy walking distance. The home boasts a fully equipped kitchen, a TV room, and four air-conditioned bedrooms. Three full bathrooms ensure everyone's comfort, and a laundry area adds convenience. Guests can enjoy private parking with an electric gate, a refreshing plunge pool, and a barbecue area perfect for outdoor meals. The bedrooms offer flexible arrangements: two bedrooms feature queen beds, one has two single beds, and the fourth bedroom, located at the back of the property, also has a queen bed and a private bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. Amenities include a bathroom stocked with a hair dryer, cleaning products, shampoo, body soap, towels, and hot water. The bedrooms and laundry area provide a washer and dryer (free for guests to use), towels, sheets, clothes hangers, and closets. For entertainment, there's a 50-inch smart TV with standard cable and Wi-Fi. A combination of air conditioning and ceiling fans ensures comfortable temperatures.
