This hotel was far and above our favorite. The staff were so friendly and helpful and eager to please. The location and amenities were ideal. From the boat trip through the mangroves to get there, to the capuchin monkeys playing in the trees above the pool, to the beautiful beach and wonderful views everywhere -- it was heavenly!

Stupendous resort that was quality all the way. The rooms, restaurant, food, pools and especially the staff were first grade and we'd thoroughly recommend this property to anyone wanting to treat themselves to luxury in the rain forest, Normally this accommodation would be beyond our budget but glad we took the suggestion of PTW for an unforgettable 5 days/4 nights there. They accommodated my wife's gluten-free diet with ease so thank-you for alerting them to that need!

Great staff, friendly, helpful. Windows and roof are not sealed really well, so it is quite noisy and very humid in the room when it is raining. Would be great to have room darkening shades or curtains as it gets light out before 6am. Beautiful location. Room was clean and comfortable. Value only a 7 as it is very expensive. The $660 a night should include at least wine or beer for dinner.
