Cancellation Policies
Cancellations will be effective from the time that written notice is received, the email carrillotoursea@gmail.com our reservations department and confirmation received from our company. If you apply a money back, the same will be done in accordance with our policies listed below:
Carrillo Tours will give a 100% refund for services (tours and transports) cancelled more than 48 hours in advance. If the service is cancelled within a time span of 48 to 24 hours prior pick up, there will be a 50% charge due to administrative charges. If the service is cancelled less than 24 hours prior departure, there will be no refund.
Carrillo Tours and its designated representatives reserve the right to disqualify any person as member of any or tour, should such person´s actions, or general demeanor and conditions, putting at risk the operation of the tour, or conflict with the right of enjoyment and/or the welfare of other members if ther trip, Refunds are not extended under these circumstances.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
