NOTE: Unlike other Tortuguero lodges, the Mantus Hotel does NOT include transportation to the Lodge from San Jose, so this must be reserved separately. When transportation is added, it takes approximately four hours by ground (from San Jose, other destinations will vary) and another 1 - 1.5 hours by boat (Permited 1 Personal bag and 1 Suitecase (any size) per person limit). Please also note that the entrance fee to Tortuguero National Park ($17 per adult, $5 for kids ages 5 - 11, fee for younger children - subject to change) and the Turtle Museum ($2 per person - subject to change) are NOT included.

Deep in the wilderness of the Osa Peninsula, you’ll find all sorts of creature comforts while staying in an individual high-end thatched roof bungalow at the Lapa Rios Lodge.
