Cancellations will be accepted under the following policies:
• 45 days before no charge is made.
• From 31 days to 44 days before admission, a 50% charge will apply total reservation.
• If it was made less than 31 days before, the total amount of the reservation.
-Special Season (Easter, Christmas and New Year):
Cancellation of a reservation can be done
• 60 days before without being charged.
• From 31 days to 59 days before the day of admission a fee will apply 50% of the total amount of the reservation.
• If it was made less than 31 days before, the total amount of the reservation.
-No refund applies for late cancellations, "No Shows" or for early departures.
