Poas Lodge is a charming ecolodge conveniently located near La Paz Waterfall Gardens and Poas Volcano. Hotel amenities include restaurant, bar, hummingbird garden.
Standard Rooms offer either a king or queen size bed, with a sitting area, feature satellite 42-inch T.V, coffee maker, and a private bathroom with hot water. Extra bed is a single bed.

Location close to the park and views are good, food was ok and the owners were friendly. However, cleanliness left a lot to be desired, general state of repair is poor and this was the only place we stayed where we were disappointed (especially when considering that we were charged more for this accommodation than any of the other places we stayed).
Definitely not a hotel or lodge but more of a B&B.
