Staff were amazing and interactive. The location was also very good. It was odd not to have the breakfast included, since almost everyone was on a plan that did include it. We got the basic continental one a couple of the mornings, and just skipped the juice, which turned out not to be included in our version.

Next time I would not stay in Playa Hermosa, just too far from town. Not a long drive, just too many taxi's back and forth. The hotel is lovely if I wanted to stay there, and not venture out, but we wanted to see the beach, and wished we were closer to a nicer beach (CoCo wasn't very nice).

Absolutely perfect! When we arrived, the guy at the front desk upgraded us to a Junior Suite which was very welcome since it included a fridge and a coffee maker :-) There was live music on two evenings - an incredible band from Quebec - and we loved every minute of it. Great location at well - away from hustle and bustle, but only a couple of minute walk to the beach. The hotel owners were very friendly and I really liked the family atmosphere of a small hotel.
